Payment

  • I accept all major credit cards.

  • GST is charged on products and services.

Privacy

All transactions are secure and encrypted. Your payment information is not stored in the system.

Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped once payment has been confirmed. We typically ship once a week.

How much is shipping?
It depends on the size of your painting, print or how many cards you are buying.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location. We are also not responsible for any additional postage required to re-ship the order if the package is returned to us for any reason (unless we mistakenly shipped it to the incorrect address).

When will my order arrive?
Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days unless specified on the listing. A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Once shipped, the transit time is 2-7 days in Canada. International orders average 3-4 weeks transit time.
If it’s a commission, it takes 4 weeks to have the finished product plus the information above.

Which shipping carrier do you use?
All packages are shipped via Canada Post, through either First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on package weight.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost International.

Can you rush ship my order?

Refunds

Returns: Artwork that has been commissioned will be done in a colourful style. If you are unsatisfied with your artwork, let me try and fix it. Don't worry; I'm pretty reasonable! If nothing can be done, but the artwork is up to my standards, I can offer up to a 60% refund if you would like to return your piece. This covers a minimum of the time and materials that were originally commissioned.

All artwork is shipped with full insurance, and if it is damaged beyond repair, it will be re-done promptly.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless you are returning due to a defect in the product, and I will be happy to cover shipping. 

Art Classes+Workshops Refund Policy:

  • No refunds on student missed classes

    • Makeup classes/workshops may be offered if applicable 

  • Refunds will only be issued to participants due to insufficient enrolment.

    • Participants will be notified via email and/or phone. 

    • A full refund will be processed or a makeup class will be provided.
